Ann Hendy (81), a former hairdresser, has been settled in the community for two years and is flourishing. Ann adds; “I’ve been gobsmacked with the quality of the house, particularly the kitchen-dining room. I’ve had some small repairs done and the maintenance team are always prompt and professional, so I have no complaints.”

Two years later, Ann is delighted with life at Terlingham Gardens. Ann remarks; “I’ve been so impressed with Terlingham Gardens, two of my friends have moved here after they visited me and loved it. My daughter also lives nearby at another Pentland Homes development and she’s thinking of joining us here when she retires. I can’t picture living anywhere else.”
